Vodafone customer service
Having been a customer with Vodafone for a number of years, I was not keen to move to another company. After my phone and sim contract finished I was unsure what to do so i browsed for the latest deals on a compare website. Luckily for me, my PAC code wasn’t working so I contacted Vodafone. I spoke to a lovely lady called a Lauren, a polite and great asset to the team. I say luckily in terms of my PAC code not working (due to my own fault) because I was able to source some real deals on the phone with Lauren and managed to stay with Vodafone! Thanks to Lauren, a task which is usually anxiety riddled went super smoothly. 10/10

Vodaphone's online chat service is excellent - my query was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Anshika was really helpful and approachable. I am so glad that I switched from Virgin Media to Vodaphone because the customer service is miles better!

EXCELLENT COMPANY.
Been with Vodafone Broadband and Sim Contract for 6 months now. My speed is always between 70-76mps. Had no problems with my phone line. Get 30GB Data for £9 per month, usually £12 but get £3 discount for having both. Just got a Samsung Tab6, 64GB for £21 a month, but get another £3 a month discount. Also get 6GB Data with this. The price of this tablet is £329 from Argos. I am paying £18 a month for 24 months, which is £432. So for the £103 difference I get 6GB a month. Also get a free Samsung Buds worth £155. Also 6 months free Discovery Plus, free coffees, this is the best Broadband and Sim provider I have been with. I can't understand why so many negative reviews. Vodafone is EXCELLENT.

The team could not have done a better…
The team could not have done a better job and I received excellent customer care. I had a damaged power cable thanks to my furry friends so I called Vodafone's customer services to ask where I could purchase a replacement cable. Whilst I was informed I couldn't buy one on the high street, within 24 hours the fibre optics suppliers had replaced the cable and I was all up and running again. Really great service from the tech team, if only all telecommunications companies responded in this way. So glad I moved over a few months ago.My main reason for leaving this review is that I hope this reaches the team who dealt with this, they deserve recognition.

A mixed bag
I have been with Vodafone for almost 25 years (!)In my experience, they have been the best network in terms of reliability for signal strength. Maybe I've just been lucky with the places I've lived but others around me on different networks have often struggled... On the downside, customer services has mostly been poor to infuriating. If the reliability of the network signal hadn't been so consistent, I would have left them years ago. Vodafone have absolutely no interest in customer retention. They've never given me a deal or discount on any contract. Business is business I suppose!

PRAISE FOR RONNIE, MANAGER AT BRISTOL STORE
I made a complaint against Vodafone after they passed my account to CCS Debt Collection. Having paid an agreed amount in settlement of the total to Vodaphone Accounts Dept I was sent a further demand by the Debt Collection agency! After several attempts to sort the situation out with Vodafone by phone (which were unsuccessful as I failed to fully answer their security) I visited 2 of their shops. The second visit was to the Bristol shop where I am very relieved to say that the senior store Manager, RONNIE, was extremely helpful. He offered to speak to the Debt Collection agency once I managed to get through to them and what had become a very stressful situation was finally resolved after 7 months! MY THANKS TO RONNIE for your help and patience today.

I have 2 contracts with Vodafone
I have 2 contracts with Vodafone. So I went to take out another for my brother, the credit check was unsuccessful so I contacted the credit check appeals team who responded to me in 2 days informing me that looking at my account they will accept the credit check and gave me an account number which I had to pass on to the 3rd party, credit check was successful. Very pleased.

Honestly the best broadband provider I've had by far
I don't often leave reviews, but dealing with awful customer service from so many other companies lately, it was a relief to call Vodafone today and have the same great service as always. I can't speak for their mobile service, but I'm so happy with their broadband. I used to switch broadband provider every year to get cashback deals, but have stuck with Vodafone for 4 years now as our connection has not dropped out for as much as one minute in that time. Every time my contract ends, I give them a call and they offer me more speed and/or a cheaper bill and sometimes throw in a free gadget. I just called to upgrade to Pro and was automatically offered a massive free speed upgrade! Delighted. The people on the end of the phone are always really friendly and helpful as well, which makes a difference.
