Think they're pretty sick tbh

Unlike quite a lot of these reviews I'm seeing, I actually love Razer. Had a Deathstalker and Naga for 6-7 years and they work perfectly still. And they've been used plenty, play DOTA, WoW etc pretty often. And also bought a Kraken recently, needed customer service because the activation code didn't come with it when I bought it off Amazon and they helped me realise I was being a proper moron. Can't remember their names and I accidentally closed the window the chat was on and didn't complete the survey I said I would. Very grateful and hope this is enough to replace the survey

i bought a razer blackwidow elite and heres my thoughts...

i bought a razer blackwidow elite and it works great so far just some minor things to point out. firstly the packaging is great but when i wrapped the plastic on the keyboard i noticed scratches on the razer logo and metal casing top and the keyboard glitches time to time. the rgbn lighting is amazing as usual. Hope this keyboard lasts me atleast 2 years considering i payed a $200+ for it.

I have bought a lot of products off…

I have bought a lot of products off Razer, Viper, Goliathus Chroma, Huntsman Mini and Kraken and they have all worked exceptionally well. This by far out ways the negatives! Consider my opinion with Razer and get a product

Great Support!

Surprisingly my experience with Razer was pretty good which may be hard to believe given all the negative reviews here. Close to a year after purchase, my laptop started having display issues. Naturally I contacted support, they made me go through the standard process of changing settings, doing a factory reset etc… nothing worked. Next step was to send the laptop in for repairs, which took a few days. Once they received the laptop, support got back to me after a few days saying the laptop could not be repaired due to the part required not being in stock and that they would have to offer me a replacement. They offered me a very similar unit in terms of specs, which I accepted and they passed the case onto their repair team. Now this is where things started slowing down a lot. The repair team much longer than expected to dispatch the replacement, however someone from support always contacted me once a day to let me know that things were in progress, which I thought was great. They mentioned that due to current events and volumes of shipments, there were some delays, which yes isn’t ideal, but it’s understandable given the current situation around the world. Unfortunately, when the item was dispatched, FedEx sent it on the wrong route and it took two days longer to deliver, which isn’t really Razer’s fault.All in all, my experience was good. From the moment I raised the issue to when I received the replacement, it took about 4 weeks. If not for Covid perhaps we could shave off a week I guess, maybe more, but it is what it is. Naturally I would have liked it if things moved along quicker, and there were times where I hoped support got back to me quicker, but they always responded at least once every 24 hours which is standard response time for most helpdesks, so I can’t really knock that.I’m currently on week two of using my new machine, so far I have not encountered any issues, hopefully it stays that way.Thank you to all the agents who helped me with my case, we got there in the end!

I've been using the laptop for about 5 months and I'm not completely satisfied. There are many things to improve. I hope there will be better products in the future

Great products with great customer care

Ordered one of their newly redesigned Enki X chairs and was blown away by the prompt and fast service. Only issue was a minor deoivery re-route delay due to BC highways near Vancouver flooded. It was only 2 days later but that is not in their control. (Still waiting for competitors). Product is great quality. Family really enjoys the comfort and all day gaming sessions. Previous chair gave back pain, this new Enki has helped and removed the posture issue. Seat pan is a little hard initial, but is quickly breaking in to be softer. Overall very impressed with the service and product. PS ordered many products from Razer.com to date (whole system setup) and their customer service department is great and geniuine in their assistance. I will be building another PC with a full Razer setup in the near future.Thank you

Please Fix Central/Synapse

I have had my Black Widow x Chroma for a while now (at least a couple years) and it's still perfectly fine. However, The new Razer Synapse makes me want to pull my hair out please fix it..

Razer makes some of the best laptops but with flawed QC and support

Proud owner of a Razer Blade 2018 model purchased in June 2019. I'll start by saying it's an amazing device, even though it's an 8th gen Intel and a little older for hardware today but the CPU/GPU performance holds up for creative/development workflows effortlessly.My issue however is the infamous battery issues and Razer support generally. Razer refuses to acknowledge the battery bloat saga as a hardware failure, but when laptop batteries bloat to dangerous levels within 2 sometimes 1 year of use, I don't agree that it can be classified as "usual wear" as per their official support article on the subject. Many older models have experienced this issue, just look on various discussion forums, including Razer official channels. Other OEMs have handled it better with battery recall programs acknowledging it as a hardware defect. Razer however, does not.I ended up replacing the battery myself because I'm competent with computer hardware, I was out of warranty and also because the only way to have it fixed officially (while costing me even more money than doing it myself) is send it into a repair centre for an unknown amount of time and who wants to give up their daily driver for several weeks?Given the customer has gone to the effort of correcting a hardware problem, it would have been nice for Razer to show some gesture of good will, but no, because my Razer Blade is out of warranty and the battery replacement was not done by one of their repair centres, nothing.This attitude, makes me wary of future product purchases from Razer. On the one hand, I can't fault the product I have for the most part on it's performance, but the after care service and lack of acknowledgement of a pretty wide spread issue is disappointing for a company that has the tagline "For gamers, by gamers".
